2.概要（summary)

今回は規模の大きな京町家の改修です

南棟　56.66m2

北棟　134.35m2

完成したのは南棟です

そして北棟は構造見学会になります

同じ場所で同時に

構造と完成が見れるのは

ある意味贅沢です

This time, we are renovating a large scale Kyomachiya

South wing: 56.66m2

North building 134.35m2

The south wing has been completed.

And the north wing will be open for a structural tour.

You can see both the structure and the completed building at the same time

and the completed building at the same time in the same place

In a sense, it is a luxury.

3.設計者酒井より見どころ(Highlights from the designer Sakai)

南棟

路地奥にひっそりとたたずむ、小さくても心地よく暮らせる京町家。

今回、浴室から庭を眺められる特別な空間へと生まれ変わりました。

日常の中にふと訪れる非日常のひととき—そんな贅沢を味わえるお家です。

ぜひ、この心地よさを体感しに来てください。

South wing

A small but comfortable Kyoto machiya tucked away at the end of an alley.

This time, it has been reborn as a special space with a view of the garden from the bathroom.

This is a house where you can enjoy the luxury of an extraordinary moment in your daily life.

Please come and experience the comfort of this house.

北棟

現在、この町家は簡易宿所へと改装中です。

南棟との間にあった増築部分を減築し、新たに庭を設けることで、

二つの空間がつながり、より魅力的な空間へと生まれ変わります。

京町家ならではの趣を活かしつつ、新たな魅力が広がるこの場所を、どうぞお楽しみに。

North Wing

This townhouse is currently being converted into a simple lodging house.

The extension between the south wing and the north wing will be reduced in size and a new garden will be added,

The two spaces will be connected and transformed into a more attractive space.

We hope you will enjoy the new charm of this place while taking advantage of the unique atmosphere of a traditional Kyoto townhouse.

構造を見学してから完成を見る

完成を確認してから構造を見る

どちらでもより深くお家が分かると思います

This is a structural tour of the current conventional construction method

This time, we will have a structural tour of the traditional construction method

Observe the structure before seeing the completed structure

After confirming the completion, you can see the structure.

I think you can understand the house more deeply in either case.

Our machiya is “cool in summer and warm in winter”.

Our traditional machiya has been renovated with modern architectural techniques.

5.見学会での注意（Note on the tour）

施主様のご厚意により完成見学会を開催してます

ゆっくり見学ができるように平日も開催をしてます

以下の注意事項をお読みください

1.完全予約制にしてます

同じ時間帯にはなるべく重ならないようにしてます

基本は1組づつになります

希望があっても2組までとしてます

時間は1組に対して約50分になります

2.ご入場の際の注意事項です

手袋、スリッパはご用意させていただいてます

3.お車はお近くの有料駐車場にお願いします

今回は京都市営バスから徒歩圏内になります

なるべく公共交通機関でのご来場をお願いします

お車でご来場の場合はお近くの有料駐車場にお願いします

地図等は申込の方のみメールをさせて頂きます

2025京町家　リノベーション完成見学会＆構造見学会

We are holding a completion tour by courtesy of the owner.

We hold tours on weekdays so that you can take your time.

Please read the following notes

1.Reservations are required.

We try to avoid overlapping tours at the same time.

Basically, we will have one group at a time.

No more than 2 groups at a time, even if there are requests for more.

The time is about 50 minutes per couple.

2. Please note the following when entering

Gloves and slippers are provided.

3.Please park your car in a nearby pay parking lot.

This event is within walking distance from the Kyoto City Bus stop

Please come by public transportation if at all possible.

If you come by car, please park in a nearby toll parking lot.
